I have been working at Ford Credit full-time

    Pros

    Great benefits
    Comfortable work environment
    Prestigious well established company
I like the non-consistent schedules which can be a con for some people

    Cons

The entry level analyst jobs are highly repetitive and can be stressful at sometimes
The pay is good for a college graduate right out of college, but not as competitive after a year or two
Growth within company is limited to lower management/experienced analyst levels unless you are in the Leadership Program
The best paying jobs are reserved for middle management and above and most of those positions are reserved for people in the Leadership Program

    Advice to Management

I do not want to be blunt, but there is no reason for a recent college graduate to stay within this company long term unless he or she is in the Leadership Development program.

    Pros

Omaha branch is genuinely nice and will take care of you. They have great benefits and a huge human aspect.

    Cons

The Colorado Springs branch lacks emotion and human understanding. They are mean and don't care about you as a human. They only care about getting their job done.

    Advice to Management

You have great culture, but it would be nice if all the branches or centers were consistent on that culture!
