I have been working at Ford Motor Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great "team" attitude. Everyone is here to support and help each other succeed. Lots of opportunity to switch departments and career path. Work-life balance.

    Cons

It feels like no one is here to innovate. They all just want to get the minimum amount of work done to meet their objectives. A lot of times the answer is "no" rather than "let's do it, let's figure it out."

    Advice to Management

Use the FCGs. So much wasted potential by not giving them more responsibility. You're going to lose a lot of us, if you don't give us more opportunity and trust.
