    Pros

    A great work atmosphere with a great work-life balance. The people are extremely nice and always willing to help. They completely understand that interns do not know everything and are always looking to help in whatever way they can.

    Cons

    Not too many young people at the company.

    Good compensation ; moderate working load; very nice community; lots of chance to try different vehicles; great life work balance

    Low promotion speed slow decision making; old office and bad cafe; job function is not defined very well; job market is not so good if current job is lost

    Pros

    Supports Work life balance and telecommuting, but is contingent based on your supervisor/manager.

    Cons

    Lack of Women and minorities are promoted in executive positions . Women are paid less then men in similar positions.

    No room to grow, Stagnant , mind numbing work.
    a number of Co-workers are unprofessional and have no regard for others.

    Explore more efficient ways of development and have higher requirements for employees (attitude, Dress, entitlement, etc...)
