I worked at Ford Motor Company (UK) as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Generally an ok place to work, some good contractor opportunities with ok pay.

    Cons

Absolutely zero opportunity for progression, feels like the company has no idea or plan for the future. Little to no reassurances in the UK. Treated as just a number, no investment into people.

    Advice to Management

Look after your people, you should not view them as expendable. Invest in them and they will pay you back in time.
