    -Working opportunity in a global company in a multinational environment
    -It looks nice on a CV
    -Being part of large projects

    Cons

    -Low salary and long working hours
    -Very difficult to promote, no opportunities
    -Bad management, bad planning
    -Keeps losing the experienced employees

    Change yourself from bottom to the top

    Pros

    Lots of training and self development options, great place to gain experience and seek good career opportunities.

    Cons

    Poor work - life balance, poor employee satisfaction. Long working hours. No car park available for employee usage.

    Advice to Management

    Long working hours should be optimised to increase productivity. Introducing flexible working hours should be considered.

    good for a graduate mechanical engineer. you practice your engineering skills, have opportunities EU and US if you develop your skills well.

    Do not expect to get promoted in short time. take your time for learning and leave when the time comes

    Pros

    In Ford Otosan, you will learn lots of things about vehicle design in different classes (LCV & HCV) from concept to final product phase, also have an opportunity to work with foreign colleagues like Chinese, European, Brasilian.

    Cons

    Work and life balance is worst thing due to high workload almost in all divisions.

    Advice to Management

    They should be emphasize on current employees's prospective career life.
