Advice to Management
Designate an office manager that has the power to hire/fire staff and spend money to improve efficiencies. Update the ancient software and computers (if the computer runs on floppy disks, its costing the firm time and money). Create an employee manual. Get a file management system. Stop playing favorites; it kills morale and employees stop taking the initiative to make the practice better and more profitable. Get a decent website. Smile and talk to staff!
