    Pros

    Good exposure, good teams at work. Lot of space to innovate and learn. Work life balance and people policies are excellent. Approachable senior management.

    Cons

    Technology stack is not that updated career growth planning for employees can be focussed better, seems very stagnant at times with no discussions around it.

    Advice to Management

    More focus on employee potentials and growth, like people programs this can also be framed well

    1. Work life Balance....... should utilize the opportunity 2. Lateral movements and rotation policy 3. Employee friendly ... Good Senior Leadership. 4. People Development Committee Process, Individual Development Process, Interim & Annual Appraisals. 5. Community Service and social awareness to employee and opportunity to to one (16 hrs of CD activity per year) 6. "ONE PLAN - ONE TEAM - ONE FORD " - the best to work.

    1. People Development Committee process is exceptional only in documents. Practical implementation is over-ridden by the bureaucracy and prejudice. 2. Regional based preferences prevails at all levels....... 3. Most of the employees are un-aware of the working procedure of an Industrial IT coming from a Service IT background into the company..

    Advice to Management

    1. Bring in a change in the Leadership style (Inculcate ONE FORD at every level) 2. Put right people at right places 3. Re-evaluate the company strategy collectively.....
