    I have been working at Ford Technology Services India full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good Work Culture. Excellent Work Life Balance. Employees can feel secured on this Job. I started my career at Ford and have always enjoyed the journey through out. Good Pay scale for a fresher and pay rise is assured but very slow paced. Best Company for Women Employees.

    Cons

    Employee Benefits slowly being cut off due to increasing strength. Top Heavy Management structure opportunities for fast career growth depends on your manager not your performance. Be prepared to handle politics both from vendors & Ford. Onsite Opportunities are very rare. Not the right place to start a career if you are expecting aggressive career growth choose if you want to settle in your life not expecting anything.

    Advice to Management

    Stop Cutting Employee Benefits. Management should concentrate more on grooming Ford Resources providing them platform to achieve technical expertise rather than pushing them in a team and asking them to swim on their own which is not possible with the politics. FCG's should be groomed to achieve strong technical skills to take control in future rather than concentrating in organizational activities always. Value all employees...

    I have been working at Ford Technology Services India full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good work life balance. Pay scale seems ok. no stress and tension free works. one who wishes for slow and steady life can be part of ford for long time.direct contact with senior management. they stick process and policies return.

    Cons

    No onsite for ford employees but providing onsite to vendors before very own eyes of employee who waits for an onsite opportunity this makes their own employee feel bad. can be many reasons why they do so but this can be changed if management wishes so employees will be happy since they got an opportunity.

    Advice to Management

    please provide onsite for ford employees so that they get an opportunity to learn n earn rather preferring vendors as first this encourages employee to travel with ford success for long time

    1. Competitive salary package 2. Chance to dedicate 20% of your time in learning & training 3. Good respect & employee benefits (Cab facilities, Sudexo card, CCD machines, New laptop, Social/Cultural activities) 4. Trust on employees 5. Great work life balance (weekly once Work from home option), leave plan structure

    Cons

    1. No onsite opportunity 2. No fund for team building activities, No outings 3. People stick with lethargic work culture 4. Parking car at Chennai facility a daily issue (No slots for Ford employees)

    Great brand name, which will help you in future for sure. Great work life balance, Cultural diversification. Good pay perks.

    Cons

    But despite that the quality of work being done here is very poor. Employee engagement is zero specially for Engineering services. No onsite opportunity for permanent employees.

    People in here are capable of more, so don't neglect.

    Pulse Survey on Employee Satisfaction should be revised to get the actual pulse, Have a trasparency in hiring process as well as promotion. Don't hire externals or college out for leadership or PM jobs.. You lot of internal talents only thing it is not getting exposed due to biased opportunities.
