    Pros

Great team support and comradery with a strong internal network of professionals. Employees encouraged to be innovative and find niche within the organization. If an employee so chooses, he/she can bring forth their ambitions, strengths and reach professional goals.

    Cons

Communication between management and staff lacking. Excessive bureaucracy and management structure results in slow decision making process.

    Advice to Management

Trust and act on the expertise of staff. Invest in professionals, just as professionals invest in the future of the company. Find balance between staff accountability and professional growth.

    Cons

Don't really have any, in the past movement has been slow but now is a great time to be part of it. progression, pay and balance are well thought out.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

There are perks to the job, good travel/food allowance, can-do attitude.

    Cons

Too much firing for a small company. You don't fit the "idea" of a perfect employee, you are fired without explanation; no misconduct necessary. Personally, I'm glad I never have to see the chairman's face ever again nor pay lip-service (as everyone does, then it's a different story behind his back). Breeds atmosphere of unhappiness. As supportive as an old pair of tights.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff as human beings. They will repay you with genuine respect, which you do not have nor do you warrant.
