I have been working at Foresters Financial as an intern (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Once a week 3 hour "internship", really a discussion, where you learn about financial services. Small time commitment, so I was able to do it as a full time student. Also small class, so I could ask any question and really dictate what we talked about.

    Cons

No hands on experience. Also unpaid.

    Advice to Management

Try to add hands on experience, such as going out on appointments with clients.
