I have been working at Forever 21 part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get a small discount of 10% but are always up to date with new styles and clothing, they offer flexible a schedule specially if you're in school and you get to meet interesting people all day such as your coworkers!

    Cons

Sometimes customers can be rude and will leave clothing on the ground, but no biggie, sometimes it can be quite boring due to being quite lonely at times but there's always something to keep you occupied.

    Advice to Management

    Y'all do a great job!

    Pros

    Great coworkers
    Store management valued employees
    Hard work equalled upward mobility

    Cons

Company does not care about employees. The wendy's at the mall gave me a better discount than the store I worked in.

Not enough employees for the work

    Advice to Management

Don't make a forever 21 bigger than a regular mall store size

    Cons

They give those with little to no experience more money then those with experience. Have favorites around the work place. Can't keep personal life separate from work.

Tons of work for not enough pay. Disgusting facility, rats and dust everywhere

I have been working at Forever 21 part-time

    Pros

-It feels like a family there and I've only been there for a little over a month
-Clear instructions for tasks to complete that day
-Managers are super sweet but still get the job done
    -Co-workers are super sweet

    Cons

-Easily gets VERY disorganized and messy (but they are working to change that!)

    Advice to Management

Work on a better system for sorting/organizing clothes. Also, the store needs more space, the racks get packed all the time.
