I worked at Forever 21 full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Work experience was actually kind of enjoyable. This job keeps you moving which I liked.
    - Employee discount is 10% off every item you purchase.

    Cons

    - Pay is minimum wage which sucks if you're an adult with bills to pay.
    - Hours are horrendous especially during the holiday seasons.
    - Management is shady because they really don't care about you or to even help you.

    Advice to Management

Stop showing favoritism and start acknowledging the workers who actually do their job. Stop blaming new workers for everything when you don't even train them properly. Stop expecting the most when you don't even try yourselves.

I worked at Forever 21 part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A lot of hours, decent pay, always something to do so time passes by quickly, and everyone helps if you're struggling with your part

    Cons

Poor management, disorganized, under payed and overworked, and if you get on the managers bad side expect all closing shifts and don't expect to get days off

    Advice to Management

Stop blaming your workers for hating their job when you hole yourself up in the office instead of minimizing the work load, and be nicer to your employees because your rudeness and passive aggressiveness is why they quit
