    Pros

    - made great friends
    - up beat environment

    Cons

    - only 10% discount for employees
    - black out dates for holidays ( means you can't request time off no matter how far in advance you do it )
    - hardly any hours ( I've been here for a while, and started with good hours and now barely work 2-3 days a week )
    - I swear the employees that open the most credit cards get all the good hours

Depending on how you get along with your managers and co-workers, people are friendly. I preferred being a cashier to being on the sales floor

    Pros

I got to work with some great people who ended up being my close friends, as well as having a casual atmosphere as far as uniform.

I worked at Forever 21 part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It’s a basic sales job, nothing to difficult in terms of workload. A lot of freedom with wardrobe and personal expression. The coworkers you meet make the job bearable

    Cons

I think what is wrong with this company is that they do not treat their workers like human beings. To them we are all replaceable and do not possess lives important enough to care about. The management team is one of the most disorganized I’ve seen having worked retail for 5 years. There is a great lack of professionalism within the company and that reflects on the business as a whole. I have witnessed childishness from the management, favoritism, undue harshness, and a general lack of respect towards employees.

    Advice to Management

If you want your team to work well maybe start with a little open communication and respect. In the time that I have worked with this company I have received very little kindness, only getting talked down to and treated as though I was just another cog in the factory that is Forever 21.
