I have been working at Forever 21 full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Easy scheduling, done by store manager, so it's easy to ask for time off.
    - PTO for full time employees
    - Fun store with a fun team to work with.
    - Very easy to move ahead

    Cons

    - Only 10% off discount for employees, which is only really a few dollars off.
    - Company itself is generally behind the times, offers very little incentives for sales, poor technology and IT support. Constant managerial restructures that are very poorly managed.
    - Extremely high turnover rate - it is not a company that sees a lot of talent looking to learn about the retail world and either sales or visual merchandising.
    - Higher management (store manager and district/corporate level) is very shady - they may try to fire or force employees to quit in order to open positions that are getting wiped out, or to open to position to other employees with lower pay.

    Advice to Management

    - Ask for higher pay and do not settle for lower counteroffer.
    - Learn the most you can and constantly stay moving and working.
