I have been working at Forever 21 part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The best thing's for me working here are helping the costumers . Looking at all the cute clothes lol. Not much else to be honest .

    Cons

Some managers have a stuck up attitude and act like thier all that and boss you around like your thier slave. And some of the girls that work here talk bad about the new hires in the break room. Oh and the people that work thier always complain about the job or complain and wine about where they are in the store. The management seem to favor too.

    Advice to Management

Treat people with the respect You want . Stop treating people like you are better .

I worked at Forever 21 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fresh out of college, I was able to gain retail management experience with a big company, as terrible as it may have been.

    Cons

Company is too big for its own good. Communication is very contradictory. They wanted miracles to be accomplished with no allotment of hours to do the work.
