I have been working at Forever 21 part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible with your schedule, if you ask for a shift it's usually given to you, your day goes by quickly when store is extremely busy

    Cons

Messy store, promoting credit cards, only one associate in store before 4, staying after hours to clean up, working overtime but no overtime pay

    Advice to Management

Get more than one person to be on the floor during the day so store can be kept consistently clean throughout the day. District manager needs to be understanding, less rude, and more respectful. Leads have to be more considerate of how they treat workers and give breaks on time.

I worked at Forever 21 part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible with schedule, willing to give those who work hard more hours, if you wanted a new item you could scope it up before it was put out on the floor (and sometimes they only send an item in 1 large and 5 small, so if you really want it, get it!)

    Cons

Being on your feet all day, breaks weren't often given at the assigned time, the return policy caused a lot of issues between customers and cashiers, the 10% discount wasn't much

    Pros

Basic job to gain basic experience.

    Cons

I don't really feel that they give you opportunities to move up within the company. They will hire for a manager position but don't really give the option to others on the sales floor to move up.

I have been working at Forever 21 part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Depending on your style or what you prefer the job can actually be fun. Management is great and work with you as best they can. Employees there are young and mostly nice.

    Cons

They have a terrible discount of only 10% and the company itself doesn't care about associates at all. Very stingy with raises and you have to promote their terrible credit card.

    Advice to Management

Stop caring only about making money. I know that's the business, but without good employees that is hard to achieve.
