    I worked at Forever 21 part-time

    Pros

    - Coworkers were mostly friendly, and were willing to help
    - The breaks were fair
    - You get to learn details about the business, daily.

    Cons

    - Environment was pretty chaotic. You have to be quick and adapt to your surroundings.
    - No names on name tags. Makes it hard to remember names/make friends
    - No way to contact other coworkers and no way to check your schedule online. Must go to store to check your schedule, which is a real hassle.

    Advice to Management

    - Be more thorough about what a new hire has to do on their first day. I was so confused because nobody told me that I had to do a wrap in every time I came into work.

Actually start doing your job instead of watching Netflix in the break room.

    Cons

•The racks can get packed with clothes making it hard to keep neat.
•Hangers are hard to keep off floor.
•sometimes we are short on employees for how much traffic comes in.

I worked at Forever 21 part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good hours in the beginning
    Able to switch positions

    Cons

    Micromanagement
Managers are like children in the 4th grade
If they don't like you, on a personal level, there is not room for advancement
Stick team gets no credit when they are the ones who make the store go round.

I worked at Forever 21 part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Not much...maybe the access to lots of different styles at a reasonable price? The hours were usually OK too.

    Cons

Management totally collapsed around my departure, which is one of the main reasons I quit (besides school). Customers were obviously rude. I didn't work in the city proper so I was only making $9 an hour.

    Advice to Management

If a store already has a certain flow that's working for them, don't try to change it. You don't always know better. Stop forcing people to do tasks they aren't good at. This is retail, not boot camp.
