    Pros

Fun work environment, fast paced, first dibs on new merchandise.

    Cons

Stressful, hard work, 10% employee discount.

    Advice to Management

There was always quite a bit of drama and frequent turnovers with the management which made them hard to respect.

I have been working at Forever 21 part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The hours are pretty good consider the fact it is a part-time job. And it is flexible, if you have nothing else going on. Pay is good since it's minimum wage.

    Cons

    Poor management
    Won't work with your availability
Expect you to do things that you're not payed to do. Also; I recommend that you know your laws and rights. Depending on who's/how's your manager; they can screw you over.

    Advice to Management

Respect your employees on what's going on in their lives. We understand in separating our personal life from our professional life; but we have no control on what's going on. Make sure you do your part as manager and make sure the store runs smoothly. Don't pick favorites, and know you laws too.

I worked at Forever 21 part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun atmosphere, easy job duties, flexible schedule (good for students who don't need a big salary), discount on clothes that are already inexpensive

    Cons

Low pay, doesn't often promote from within, corporate standards can be near impossible/frustrating (like sending in secret shoppers who doc you if they don't get greeted within a small window of time), corporate continuously adds new policies and practices that make for a less-than-genuine experience for customers

    Advice to Management

Less emphasis on corporate fascism- when employees have fun the customers have fun. Use more positive feedback instead of always looking for short-comings and feel out whether any employees are interested in moving up, instead of always hiring from outside the store.
