The business is going worse and worse. Many good people are leaving the company. The management is not so professional. All main positions in the company occupied by people who not interesting in the future and image of the company, they interesting only current income. There are a lot of gossips between employees. They all living in one small community, where everyone tries to please the boss to get a promotion. If you disagree with the company policy, you can be fired in one day without warning. For the last few years, customer experience got worse as well. Trading conditions have been changed several times. The company is making money only if clients are losing deposits.

Big salary if you're Russian or expat and work in their Montenegro office (salary negotiated net. Company uses local shell companies to avoid taxes). Safe and quiet city (Podgorica, Montenegro). Working hours are generally ok.

Very low job security due to Russian owners acting randomly and senior management not being competent enough to do their job. People promoted based on favors and 'who knows who', leading to incompetent managers in high positions and low staff morale. Highly immoral field of work (90% of customers lose all their money). High staff turnover. Very low long term career prospects. Zero people management skills (constant hiring and firing). Low long term success prospects for the company due to Forex market being clamped down on. Boring place to live and work (Montenegro. Pretty but small and nothing to do!)

Unreal to get promoted, same salary is for ages. Old computers and furniture. Frequent rumours of downgrading and shady business of the company.
