I have been working at Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are great. The Operator job is relatively easy once you know the process. Great opportunity for young guys looking to get experience.

    Cons

Working with some really bad stuff. Taiwanese managers are difficult to deal with on occasion. No real incentive to better yourself and move up.

    Advice to Management

Find more American engineers, and management. Implement Lean Six Sigma in all process units. I see millions of dollars in waste every day.
