I worked at Fort Sill National Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

No pros all things bad about this company they tell you one thing in interview and then when hired how things change. It is not a banking job it is a sales job

    Cons

Has account goal each month for all position's and branch is the only one who has to have less accounts that any position and they are so hard to meet and if you do not your written up on go on a training program with 30 days to complete test and meet sales goals for next months, if you do not meet goals in 3months you will be terminated no questions ask WAY YO MUCH STRESS

    Advice to Management

The company needs to take a good look as to why they can not meet goals and the company needs to be ran like a real bank not sales. Have seen good long term employee's let go for unjustifiable reason's

    Pros

Decent job, you really have to mess up a lot to get fired.

    Cons

Poor leadership that won't take responsibility or take initiative in making improvements.

    Advice to Management

Show appreciation for dedicated workers and help out more. They won't respect you or the company if you ignore the work overload and expect more than they can possibly give.

No overtime, insurance cost was outrageous, Regional manager was unfair, cut-throat environment. Managers showed favoritism.

I have been working at Fort Sill National Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good start pay; learn about bank industry; learn to handle customers accounts; very well maintained facility; opportunity for advancement; very challenging tasks; lots of employee appreciation; great customer service; and most of all a lot of very talented, hard-working/ dedicated, and friendly people. Great Management.!

    Cons

Job can be overwhelming when dealing with difficult customers; need to give longer training to new incoming personnel because there's a lot to learn how the bank operates; treat people fairly when it comes to promotion, rewards, and disciplinary actions regardless of seniority.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to focus on how to improve customer satisfaction by elimination unnecessary fee's; focus on what's more important---by providing customer satisfaction and improve quality products and services; and need to implement classes for CSR to be better at their jobs (and career progression) besides online training. Create more realistic goals and improve standards for customer service representative based on experience, bank policies, operation technique, etc
