Too many outdated General Orders, too few officers for such a large city, too many supervisors having inappropriate relationships with their subordinates.

Ability to help people ... knowing you are their lifeline or last call for help, and getting them that help. Makes One Proud.
Cons
Absent Management, terrible training program, terrible working conditions (way to much forced overtime). Obsolete and Clunky computer CAD system. Old and Tired workplace - nothing makes you cheery or glad to be ther.
