    Pros

    - Started off as part-time and was very flexible

    Cons

    - limited room for growth in some departments
    - repetitive tasks
    - too much gossip between departments
    - management can play favourites
    - no accountability, everyone plays the 'wasn't me' game

I worked at FortisBC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits for employees are very good. Employees in the company were nice and amiable. Strong customer oriented focus which for a utility company is a good value to have and something the company stressed.

    Cons

Regulated business so its very cost conscious which can be a problem. Work environment was somewhat stressful and disorganized. Upper management was aloof.
