    Notable Client base, committed to employee training, good benefits, dedicated to leading edge technology, team based projects where all participate

    Tendency to hire outside than promote from within, potential wasteland for middle management

    Results oriented organization that truly does right for the Client. They put skin the game and hold themselves to it. Employees are dedicated to the mission and management is helps provide the path to achieve that mission.

    Cons

    Change is something that either comes quick or not at all.

    Pros

    The company knows its mission, who it wants to be, and what it is exceptional at providing. The culture is to focus on doing what needs to be done, knowing that will result in a positive outcome.

    Cons

    The time and expense system is antiquated.

    Huge personal-growth opportunities, top-notch talent, strong work-ethic, focus on personal development, acknowledgement of work-life balance challenges, strong leadership vision, great knowledge-of-self (what makes us successful; what does not)

    Cons

    Pursuit of excellence means lots of reorganization. Heavy use of standardized approaches results in lots of templates.

    Advice to Management

    Maintain vision and focus on what makes us great. Continue to say "no" to projects that do not fit. Cling to culture as we scale. It will get tougher as we approach 500 Associates.

    Pros

    IT group is among the best I've seen.
    Opportunity to work from home.
    Company is in growth mode which creates lots of job opportunities.

    Cons

    Good old boys culture.
    Top-heavy management.
    Internal systems are being updated, which is good, however, employees who have been with the company for several years are resistant to moving away from manual processes and are resistant to change.
    Departments do not work well or communicate well with each other.
    Lack of accountability.

    Advice to Management

    Communication and cooperation between internal departments is crucial to reach company goals. Management needs to hold Associates accountable and stress to them the importance of change needed in order to reach company goals.

    Pros

    good salary, ability to work from home

    Cons

    top heavy management, too many layers. Departments do not communicate well. Work from home isn't always good for the business and hinders cross-departmental communication.

    Advice to Management

    Cut the layers of management, get lean. Let the guys who know what they're doing do it and teach.
