-only part of the salary is paid via bank, rest is cash -nonstop pressure from Team Leaders and Management to achieve results while providing low income leads from developing countries -employee contract specifies 21 days of vacation, in reality you have 12 -salary paid is never on a specified date, sometimes it is 6th sometimes 20th of the month -extremely high turnover rate of employees due to what is mentioned above
