    Great people to work with. Flexible hours and work schedule works around your class schedule.

    Cons

    Supervisors are not properly trained. Plays favorites. Ridiculous expectations

    Have supervisors be trained and be more accountable for their actions.

    Pros

    They schedule work around your class schedule and are very good at goving you time off if you need to study or have club events.

    Cons

    The pay is minimum and the work varies at every location. It also depends what department you are in.

    Advice to Management

    Provide better training earlier than the first day of school so that lines are not as long in the beginning of the semester.

    - Get to learn from fellow students

    - Certain managers don't trust students with design work, they believe they know the right way to design/market something.

    Advice to Management

    Give students more trust with design work, let them teach you.
