I have been working at Forum Oilfield full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent experience opportunities and variety of business units.

    Cons

Does not pay as much as most companies, but definitely survivable. Company consists of many mom and pop shop acquisitions which need a lot of work at times. Communication between different business units could be improved.

    Pros

Good Pay & Benefits package, lean structure that makes decision making processes a lot quicker than other similar companies. Good lean and experienced leadership team. Healthy & non bureaucratic company.

    Cons

As a relatively new company formed through inorganic growth, little travel knowledge is shared among the different business units, systems & processes are in infant stages & people don't seem to know where to find information... MO is still that of a medium sized company. Not really any notorious Cons for a company of this size & age, and the effect of the market it pertains to.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the trend!
