    Pros

I’ve been with this firm for over 25 years and during my tenure, Forum has given me a few internal promotions which is a testament to the firm’s commitment in fostering growth and opportunity.
My area of concentration is on the temp staffing side of the business and I’m proud to manage a group of seasoned professional recruiters. My team has worked together for 10+ years which is uncommon in an industry known for its revolving doors. Together we have built long-term relationships with our candidates and clients who all have appreciated and benefited from working with a team with such longevity.
Forum ensures that everyone has the resources necessary to succeed but at the end of each day you are 100% responsible for your performance and productivity. There are no babysitting services provided here…which is probably why some ex-Forum employees may not find this a perfect environment for them.
It will be an exciting year at Forum as the owner has made a significant investment in systems and equipment which will improve efficiencies within the overall production of the firm and each department.
For future Forum colleagues: There is no exact formula for success as a recruiter, it takes hard work, dedication to your industry and of course, you have to earn it!

    Cons

There are no team building activities currently in place

    Advice to Management

Add team building exercises and more staff events

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Forum full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Located in Boston, Massachusetts near the mall.

    Cons

verbally abuse employees , neglect to pay workers properly if at all, poor hygiene/sanitation, plenty of questionable activities going on in this 'business' ; expected to work all shifts at his whim, given multiple jobs from both 'chef ' and 'pastry chef' and then verbally abused when they were unable to perform all while helping other kitchen staff who seemed untrained.

    Advice to Management

unable to contact owners/ management through email or personal communications. Chef should be hiring according to qualifications, not by his personal interests.
