    Pros

    Dispatch keeps you busy (reefer division TQI) always pre-planned on the next load before even getting unloaded with the load your dispatched on. You want to run TQI will keep you busy . My husband and I teamed almost 2 years and loved everyday we were there . The only reason we are no longer with TQI is we came off the road for our kids 1 is graduating this year and our other next year and our plans are to come right...

    I worked at Forward Air full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great Freight Lanes and plenty of work

    Cons

    All freight ran overnight and the Truck Is paid very low rates. Hard to make a good living working for them.

    Advice to Management

    Change how loads are dispatched and Pay adequate rates so owner operators can survive working for your company at least $ 1.50 to 1.85 per mile.
