I have been working at Forward Air full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have never had managers and supervisors which cared so much about what I have going on away from work. Easy to get time off when you need to. Very stable job.

    Cons

Forward Air pays below average. Every time you speak with management about it, you will get the company line. Also, it's hard to get fired there so there is dead weight.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to rock the boat. Fight for more money for your employees. Wouldn't you prefer to retain good employees versus training new ones all the time?
