    Pros

Culture is amazing. Great communication through town halls meetings. Lots of team employee functions/events keeps the associates in all departments "connected". New facility with cafe, Starbucks and fitness center a definite plus.

    Cons

I did not experience anything negative during my employment

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! Continue to live by the values and principals of the company.

I worked at Fossil full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I spent over 10 years at Fossil and enjoyed it tremendously. The culture was warm, casual and felt like family. The CEO is well respected, hardworking and does not take a salary.

    Cons

Over the last few years, it has grown more corporate based on growth. Unfortunately, retail in general has taken a dip and Fossil has not been immune to lagging sales growth. This prompted layoffs which were handled well but seriously damaged morale.

    Advice to Management

Strengthen your digital footprint to ensure that a dwindling retail presence does not continue to hurt sales growth. Refocus efforts on promoting the kind of culture that makes it top destination for young talent.

I worked at Fossil part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great Co-Workers
    Friendly and approachable management

    Cons

Employees steal each other sales even though there is no commission
seasonal employees are typically paid more than non-seasonal

    Advice to Management

Recognize and reward the talent that you already have. Don't let your in-house staff making $8/hr train a seasonal member making $9/hr, that is just wrong.

I have been working at Fossil full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Absolutely no positives to report for this company. the whole fossil brand is a joke. They're closing store all over...

    Cons

Everything. HR is a joke, store managers don't even work 40hrs yet they'll cut your hours (as a a manager) in a heart beat to save money, they'll file your W4 paperwork wrong, there is no training other than the horrible training you get on the iPad. The relationships between supervisors is beyond unprofessional making it impossible to report anything. You can always call the "hotline" with your issues but don't you dare believe that it'll be kept confidential, they'll out your name and what you're reporting in a heartbeat. Then you better prepare for your work life to become miserable. They offer tuition reimbursement yet it is not for full-time employees. In other words, they don't want you furthering your education.
    STORES ARE CLOSING COMPANY-WIDE
If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

    Advice to Management

Just close your stores already. You're not making enough money and you treat your people horrendously.
