    Pros

Very friendly environment. PEople are very caring and very solid bank in very weak economy. The salary is decent and vacations are reasonable. You will be on your regular 40 hour a week schedule and will have plenty of free time for your friend and family. This bank is as good as national banks and really would recommend this place.

    Cons

Training is not as strong as it can be. There are not enough training as well as do not support enough for employees education. Employees have much potential, which the bank do not utilize as much as they should be.

    Advice to Management

Give more chance to lower level management to make their own decision
