    Pros

    You are your own boss, basically, as long as you do the work and don't mess up... you're a winner.

    Cons

    Odd hours, pay scale is somewhat set.. but there is wiggle room.

    Keep it up!

    I worked at Four Seasons Health Care full-time

    Pros

    I was able to communicate well with residents. I gained more knowledge in the field.

    Cons

    Well I was walking to and back home from work. The bus schedule was not favorable. other than that everything was alright.

    Advice to Management

    All i needed was closer place to stay.

    Pros

    Everything at four seasons is about putting the residents first
    Community/family feel - we care about each other
    Uniform
    There is a benefit app for employees
    We have a forum online to share ideas and chat
    They are good at promoting staff within the company - our Manager has worked her way up from care assistant
    The management is supportive and interested, the senior directors talk to staff on floor when they visit

    Cons

    Paperwork
    Low pay
    Not enough uniforms

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in training face to face and staff room facilities
    Give us more uniforms (one per day per week so we don't need to wash and dry 2/3 times per week)

    Head Office is special for me as it's given me my current desire for doing the work i love and there are many who genuinely care.

    Cons

    There is nothing i would write here as negativity is not good for those happy.

    There are NO good reasons to work for these slave drivers ... Four seasons wealth care should be SHUT DOWN ASAP ....

    Cons

    EVERYTHING .. No overtime for anything ..forced to work overtime or your not given a/l ..treated like rubbish .. Spoke to like your dog dirt .. Managers DO NOT GIVE A HOOT ABOUT YOU OR RESIDENTS .food is like a foreign prisons ... Managers only care bout bonuses .. Residents left for hours soaking because manager refuses to put on extra staff .. Again worried they might not get there bonus .. Pay managers all sorts of money but yet can't pay there staff ..utterly disgusting... All managers are same uncaring money grabbing lowlifes ...it should be renamed four seasons wealth care that's all they care bout ..how wealthy you are ..if you are NHS your chucked into room and forgot bout..but if your wealthy you live like a king ..utterly disgusting... Get what you want when you want it but if your NHS forget it .your chucked into back room and left to rot ...

    No point ..fourseasons DO NOT CARE WHAT MANAGEMENT DO TO YOU AS LONG AS CASH IS ROLLING IN .. YOUR ARE A SLAVE THATS IT ..

    Pros

    It’s handy for home, I am unable to say that minimum wage is adequate for the current economic situation. Life at Four Seasons is always winter.

    Cons

    Not enough staff to manage residents. Management expect too much from staff and staff are leaving in droves. Only the dedicated remain. Complaint to management about rudeness to other members of staff are being ignored.

    Advice to Management

    Problems with staff and complaints about rude colleagues are not being dealt with. Problems continue to upset staff and management are unconcerned.

    The best reason to work for this company is -0 never again Springfield is a hell hole managers r not bothered they cover the home by any means lies dishonest people dieing miss conduct eat your heart out they cover also res up seen it with my own eyes absolutely discussing company wouldn't give them my dog never mind a person

    Cons

    There r none what so ever put u off nursing for life save yr self the heart ache DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY unless u want to have a nervous breakdown BE WARNED! !!!!

    Advice to Management

    They make me sick how come everyone says the same thing we can't all be lieing can we so don't bother saying I am so sorry about the experience u have had working for FSHC because it doesn't cut it can we contact u to talk about yr experience because u DON'T CARE u already know what yr homes r like don't u !!!!!

    No pro ain’t got nothing good to say very poor no pros no pros no pros no pros no pros

    Poor pay,no sick pay for staff,over worked and under staffed, nothing provided for staff , bad staff room poor facilities,need more activities for residents, want the carers to do cleaning aswel as their work ,a lot of paper work that takes up a lot of time.PLEASE something got to done we need more pay for the work we do as we the staff feel very unappreciative.
