I have been working at Four Seasons part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've been apart of the Four Seasons team for a little over 3 months, and I love my job! I went from working 2 days a week at my old job to being able to work 4 or 5 days a week, and still be able to go to school, and live a life. My supervisor is wonderful! Always open to talk, and willing to adjust my schedule as needed. Everyone I work with at the club is super friendly and willing to help me out! The members are great, and always so generous! Everyone at the Four Seasons- no matter who you are, seems to always have a minute to talk and ask how you are doing. Very friendly, inviting, and wonderful atmosphere to work in!

    Cons

Because it is a luxury place, there is no getting around some people taking advantage of their status.
