I worked at Four Seasons full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Amazing company, still one of the best in the ultra luxury section of the market. Continually changing and growing

    Cons

With the changes of ownership there have been changing in the recent years. Although I am very understanding that a company must change and evolve I found myself personally not as happy with their direction. I do believe they are still one of the best companies in the industry.

I have been working at Four Seasons (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Four Seasons pays top pay for hospitality, there are good benefits and the service provided to customers is really good.

    Cons

With any company in these days, staffing is tough sometimes which creates lots of work for employees especially with the standards for our guests.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees no matter who they are. Employee comments can sometimes be one-sided, especially if they are not the best performer but there is usually an issue that needs to be looked at.
