      Pros

Four Seasons has been a humble, not-for-profit healthcare provider in our community for decades serving those who need us and those who work here. I work daily alongside patient care, administrative, support, medical, and other staff who bring integrity, love, and kindness to all they do. It doesn't matter who you are, people here at Four Seasons will respect you and genuinely care about you...as a person. The benefits are amazing, the teamwork is like no other and you are a part of something that is pretty special. I am a better person because of having Four Seasons as a part of my life.

      Cons

We aren't yet as diverse a workforce as we strive to be.

        Pros

        Work hour flexibility is good.

        Cons

Call rotation, supervisory scrutiny is beyond normal. Promise roses, deliver the thorns. Pay is made to sound great but double check the actual reality of true bottom dollar because that is what they try to pay... bottom dollar.

          Pros

The atmosphere is great. Rewarding job.

          Cons

They became "living wage certified" but the pay is still very low. I worked there over a year with no bonus and no raise.

            Pros

Great co-workers who try their best to deliver quality care despite an erratic and emotionally immature chief medical officer.

            Cons

We’ve had a new chief medical officer for about a year. She is awful! If you come work here , do your best to steer clear of her. She talks badly behind everyone’s backs (even about the CEO!), thinks she is the only one who cares about LBGT stuff, and berates RNs all the time.

                Cons

Could do a better job in salaries and offering full-time work.

                  Pros

Team members were very supportive. PTO time accrued well, no opportunity to use it.

                  Cons

No opportunity to use PTO. There had to be someone to cover for you during your time off. Often times you have to find that person/create a plan. When you are on PTO, don't be surprised to receive a call from your supervisor for help with something. Job description actually says it is required to be available 24/7 to the team. Upper management was not held to that.

                      Pros

The most rewarding job I have ever had, impressively talented and compassionate coworkers!

                      Cons

I had to take a deep cut if pay, but recent pay structures have improved pay. But, I loved the job, and job satisfaction outweighed pay for me.

                        Cons

Zero compassion for employees, highly political environment where you can not trust anyone. Salaried employees work 50 to 60 hours each week on a regular basis.

Has anyone have any experience and or has received any feedback on the hiring process background investigation with Peraton? I currently have a Secret Clearance so they are giving me Top Secret Clearance. I received the job offered with the condition of employment until the background is complete however I have not have heard anything from the background Investigator, know that usually it takes time and it can take even months, however like I have stated I already have a Secret Clearance

                      Worker IN Tech

Listened to the debate tonight. Imagine going to an interview and behaving that way. Criticizing the other candidates, trying to find fault in other candidates and interrupting the hiring manager. Would that work???
