Four Seasons has been a humble, not-for-profit healthcare provider in our community for decades serving those who need us and those who work here. I work daily alongside patient care, administrative, support, medical, and other staff who bring integrity, love, and kindness to all they do. It doesn't matter who you are, people here at Four Seasons will respect you and genuinely care about you...as a person. The benefits are amazing, the teamwork is like no other and you are a part of something that is pretty special. I am a better person because of having Four Seasons as a part of my life.
We aren't yet as diverse a workforce as we strive to be.

Work hour flexibility is good.
Call rotation, supervisory scrutiny is beyond normal. Promise roses, deliver the thorns. Pay is made to sound great but double check the actual reality of true bottom dollar because that is what they try to pay... bottom dollar.1

The atmosphere is great. Rewarding job.
They became "living wage certified" but the pay is still very low. I worked there over a year with no bonus and no raise.

Great co-workers who try their best to deliver quality care despite an erratic and emotionally immature chief medical officer.
We’ve had a new chief medical officer for about a year. She is awful! If you come work here , do your best to steer clear of her. She talks badly behind everyone’s backs (even about the CEO!), thinks she is the only one who cares about LBGT stuff, and berates RNs all the time.

Four Seasons is great at supporting its people and staying mission-focused.
Could do a better job in salaries and offering full-time work.

Team members were very supportive. PTO time accrued well, no opportunity to use it.
No opportunity to use PTO. There had to be someone to cover for you during your time off. Often times you have to find that person/create a plan. When you are on PTO, don't be surprised to receive a call from your supervisor for help with something. Job description actually says it is required to be available 24/7 to the team. Upper management was not held to that.1

The most rewarding job I have ever had, impressively talented and compassionate coworkers!
I had to take a deep cut if pay, but recent pay structures have improved pay. But, I loved the job, and job satisfaction outweighed pay for me.

Wonderful mission, patients receive great care
Zero compassion for employees, highly political environment where you can not trust anyone. Salaried employees work 50 to 60 hours each week on a regular basis.2
