I have been working at Four Winds Casino full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Casino is clean and the majority of staff is friendly.

    Cons

Drink service and cleaning by machines is slow. Do not get cocktail last call close to 3, drink has to be desposed of quickly!! Don't try to eat the ice in glass, or security will be called on you!! FyI I only had 2 drinks the whole time I was there!! Then as of tonight, you cannot be in the smoking area if someone does not like it!! Security will get called! How can a smoking area in the casino call security on you for smoking!! It is not right, and do not plan on going back!! Been to other Fourwinds and never had this problem!!

    Advice to Management

A glass with ice is not alcohol and should not have to be removed, and especially 15 minutes before all alcohol beverages need to be removed!! Also how can you tell people not to smoke in a designated smoking area!! If people don't like the smoke they are the ones that need to leave. I know the casino is new, but you need to get things ironed out!! Either it is a smoking establishment or not and is ice really considered alcohol?
