    Pros

Fair benefit packages as being part of Newscorp, but then this wasn't developed by FAN.

    Cons

I agree with the previous reviewer. First the company can't decide what category it is in. It is not an ad agency, it's an ad network working with long tails and affiliate marketers. Nothing to brag about. It has nothing to do with FOX Entertainment, Studios, News or Sports. Inexperienced senior management, large egos, self importance, not enough substance and not in touch with the real world outside. Lots of promotions in senior mgmt - about 1-2x a year, but not for employees. Not a people company. FAN HR is totally useless. A lot of job insecurities, even within HR personnel. Recruiters are not part of FAN. Valuable employees leaving companies because of the instability of the future. Senior Mgmt is very much in the dark of what will be happening.

    Advice to Management

Wake up! The company was better when HR was run by FOX Entertainment.

freedom to implement ideas, comparably higher comps, no long working hours

    Cons

no room for promotions or career growth, fat layer of top level management

    Advice to Management

try to retain the talent at the middle layer in order for long term sustainability
