    I worked at Fox's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, friendly staff that almost feels like a family, and of course great clothing that's a pleasure to sell, 4 weeks paid vacation and sick days.

    Cons

You can make decent money only if you are working overtime, always understaffed so be prepared to work for two. No potential growth in the company.

    Advice to Management

My advice is to hire a new management team that's more open minded and professional, also I would hire an associates who's really passionate about fashion and able to represent the company. Kids that work there are not trained properly, often rude to the customers.

    I worked at Fox's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are some good deals for customers to find and new merchandise is always coming into their stores. Flexible customer service makes it easier to handle issues.

    Cons

No HR, no structure, no employee manual, bully culture, bias unfair bonus and PTO system, owner following employees on security cameras, retaliatory culture=SHADY BUSINESS. The majority of the store level employees jobs is stock work, it's all stock work. Employees don't get to use their PTO , nor do they get it paid out, it's literally being stolen from them. Bonuses are paid weekly with no fair metric or understanding how it's distributed, it depends on If the manager likes you that week or not and is based on favoritism. This is where old rundown end of the road employees or young kids who just graduated college come to work, it makes sense considering the secretive, non compliance culture Foxs has.

    Advice to Management

Get help, change is good, treat employees fairly and consistently, high risk of employee lawsuits. Employees have no one to go to when they have issues, management punishes employees who speak out. Owners should not be involved in daily management. Get a more competent and effective management team and better paid store managers with retail experience, my guess is they don't hire experienced retail managers because they want to avoid following best practice retail protocols and dept of labor legalities.

    I worked at Fox's full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Three weeks paid vacation every year, even for part-time employees

    Cons

Stress, no communication, nothing in writing so they can change things around anytime. Cameras all over not for shoplifting but for employers. Structure very messy. No benefits. If you will work as a Manager make sure they write a contract with salary and bonus stipulations.

    Advice to Management

If you want a professional place, do not work for this company.

    I worked at Fox's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is not one reason to be employed with this company. Run. You will be depressed from the 3rd day. No one can ever prepare you for this job and upon hiring they lie and omit plenty. Employees leave on a weekly basis.

    Cons

Awful management, cheap clothes, lies in advertising seeking a manager

    Advice to Management

    Too numerous to mention
