    Being salaried provides lots of freedom. Most days tend to be 8:30 ~ 5:30...

    Not much room for advancement. At times it feels like you have not much control over projects.

    Pros

    Good benefits, great colleagues and a great team to work with.

    Cons

    Many strict policies to follow and things changed frequently such as organization change without notice while working overtime here is a must. Top managements only focus how to keep the factory running, engineering value is consider as second asset.

    Need to change manufacturing mind and have better work and life balance

    seriously overtime/overloading, and it never expands except in China.
