Pros
New grads who seek for real working experience and learn real industry skills in a short time. I learned a lot more during the year of working at Foxconn than the 4 years of studies in college. They have a good system of training and teaching the new employees on the project and tools they are using. Very solid background on the things they are good at and is very good at carry things out. They are looking for people who have good execution skills. If you like to work in a fast pace environment, you will love to work for this company.
Cons
Management style is very strict. The management is always harsh on employees. My manager even shouted at us for not doing thing correctly. This might just be that particular manager is bad, but I get the feeling that the management style in this company is all like that, very strict. They want you to work very hard and complete the things the management wants in the shortest time. The communications between employees and the management is not very good. They work very long hours and sometimes they want you to come and work on the weekends to complete the work.
