I have been working at Foxtons full-time

    Pros

Friendly Relaxed interview feel. Makes you feel at home. Really easy to settle into the office. Intense, very informative initial training week in HQ, which means you get to see how each department works together rather than just your side of things in front office.

    Cons

Long hours, fine for me but if you don't want to work 8-8 probably not for you.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Foxtons full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Not in the office all the time. Company car

    Cons

Feels like a telephone job. One week training is boring. Need a lot of patience to see the rewards

I worked at Foxtons full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good training, they give you a car, trips if you hit targets, uncapped commission.

    Cons

Low basic salary, earning potential isn't as good as they make it out to be, long hours, micro-managed, intense working environment, weekend work.
