I have been working at Foxtons full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I have been a property negotiator at Foxtons for over 2 years now and can safely say that I continue to be impressed by how this company continues to grow and strive for the best results in an ever changing market. The training program is the best plat form you can hope for when starting a new career as an estate agent. I came from a completely different back ground with no sales experience at all yet with the Foxtons...

They look after their own employees. It has very friendly environment and is pleasure working in central Foxtons offices.

I have been working at Foxtons part-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

I started at Foxtons straight out of university with a degree that had nothing to do with property or sales. In my many (16!) years with the business, I have been lucky enough to work in several different teams, every time with exceptional people, both my leaders and the people who worked for/with me, to support my career. With such an incredible support network around us, we work operate at a very high pace, but...

    Cons

You expect every other business to operate at your level, the bar is high! Leaves you disappointed when dealing with people externally.

    Pros

I think the company culture is great, the employees and managers are great and really supportive, and the job itself is great too.

    Cons

I feel that you get out of it what you put into it.

I have been working at Foxtons full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Joined the company as a fresh grad 14 years ago with no experience with a journalism degree having been told by other companies to go and get more experience. Those same companies are now keen for the skills that Foxtons have given me. If you are ambitious and possess a great career focus this company ticks all the boxes. Where other companies want their next hire to already have the experience and skills required for...

    Cons

Wouldn't be here after 14 years if there were any significant enough cons that weren't part and parcel of being an ambitious individual that is prepared to make a few sacrifices in order to achieve career and personal success.

    Advice to Management

Nothing that comes to mind that requires any specific acknowledgment for change

I have been working at Foxtons full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Having worked elsewhere in the industry and also having been here for 11 years - I can honestly say that the culture here is unique. There are so few companies where you end up knowing everyone you work with inside the M25 and build lifelong relationships. Where you email the CEO and he responds instantly. They make it so easy. Whether you have experience or not, you can gear yourself for industry leading, world beating...

I have been working at Foxtons full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Great financial incentives - Clear progression structure - Ongoing training - Car and fuel package - Half yearly trip targets, one Summer and one winter

    Cons

There can be some late nights, especially in the summer! although, often the late nights are what make the successful negotiators/managers.

    Advice to Management

Ensure that the ongoing tagets and catch up meetings continue!

Amazing training, great leadership, fun and energetic environment, pays well, cutting edge technology, room to grow and advance into other parts of the business, great people, great incentives and rewards to all!

    Cons

None I can think of. It's a sales company so if you work hard you reap some massive rewards!

    Advice to Management

No advice to give. Managers have all helped me when I needed it and have taught me some life skills I will keep with me forever!
