I worked at Foxwoods Resort Casino

    Pros

This department in particular is easy going, being on time is important, but good people, immediate management is chaotic but people over that were interested in making things better, frequent breaks are allowed, good benefits once passed 90 days. I started at 13.00 hour due to college degree and experience but starting pay is 10.49. This job anywhere else pays 22.00

    Cons

Immediate management is chaotic to get a straight answer from and the gossip and effort to throw others under the bus is considerable.

I have been working at Foxwoods Resort Casino full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Paid lunch hour and they have free employee cafe but food is not great. Benefits are good but the pay is low.

    Cons

Work weekends and holidays low pay unless your tribal and hard to move up unless tribal. Tribal members get paid a lot more and usually are not good co-workers

I worked at Foxwoods Resort Casino full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great pleac for work. Good benefits and paid meals and break time.

    Cons

Risky if you are looking on moving to a higher position. Because of the Tribal preference your chances are limited to get a higher position.

I have been working at Foxwoods Resort Casino full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good benefits IF you are eligible. Reasonable sick, vacation and personal time. 401k 3% match. Some very good people work here. I recommend Foxwoods to some people depending on the job they are looking at.

    Cons

Communication that comes from the top doesn't get to people who need it in a reasonable amount of time if they get it at all. Executives come and go. Need a long-term plan that people who work there can see and understand.
