    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Fractal Analytics full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The flexibility of the organization is refreshing as many companies are not and the genuine caring of the staff and employer of their employees. This is a young company so they are eager and hungry to learn, be productive that results in being successful.

    Cons

Because of my role and having to deal with many who are in India it sometimes makes it a challenge to get this done as quickly as you like.

    Advice to Management

Needs consistency across the board in respects to administration and the need to be more communicative in order to get things done in a timely fashion. Although there is a time difference, but if your able to get all your question/request answered with less back and forth would be helpful

I worked at Fractal Analytics as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

People were pretty friendly and excited to share ideas.
The projects are really interesting. Got to talk to interact with senior management.
You could get a handle on a huge array of tools that are used in analytics.

    Cons

Very poor communication between interns in the US and the managers in India.
Had to wait for about 6 months to receive compensation.

    Advice to Management

Interns join a company with the aim of learning new things and eventually converting their internship into a full time job. You'll might want to consider designing a proper program for interns and eventually recruit them for a full time job based on performance.
