I have been working at Fractal Analytics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Learn a lot of Consulting skills and Stakeholder Management
Opportunities to learn/grow if you are willing to take initiatives yourself
Fast growth if you are able to keep the leadership eyes on you!
Use of latest tools & technologies

    Cons

Work-life balance depends on which client/project one is in
No work from home if you are in client location
Middle management is spineless and not ready to speak up to clients for employee benefits
    Politics and nepotism
Support systems/teams (Training/L&D, Finance, HR) are a pathetic mess

    Advice to Management

Work with a vision and objective. It does not help getting into anything and everything just because client is willing to pay. Don't lose focus on "analytics" and get into IT related stuff, thereby ruining company future as well as individual career growth.

I worked at Fractal Analytics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fractal CEO has a vision and he is man of Principles. Therefore everyone knows where Fractal is heading and want to join the wave.

    Cons

Very week Middle Management and people are promoted on basis of their impression or work in just 1 project not seeing whether they have capability to manage a bigger team. Career focus is just a mockery, projects are handed over based on availability and not expertise. People Principles were hardly followed

I have been working at Fractal Analytics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible hours,
    Learning curve quite high,
Good if your goal is analytics

    Cons

Pressure due to less resources. Burden comes into immediate employee.
    Depends on immediate manager rapport.

    Advice to Management

More skilled resources and better process.this will help the company do really well.
    Strict no to micro management.
Senior manager under pressure apply pressure on middle level management for meeting deadlines which in turn creates micro management cases.

    Pros

Can get a chance to work with some great people
    No time boundations.(mostly,not always)
    Can maintain work life balance
People at higher post are very good.

    Cons

This place is a school ,where you need to get 70% to be in fractal,if you get 68-69% by some miss-happening(as papers are checked by human beings and viva is also taken by them) the will literally torture you like anything.Even if you are doing very well in project ,they may ask you leave fractal for that few numbers and even if you are doing better than person who got 70%(you know there are various way to get it).
Middle management is not good. In training period they use to divide people on basis of requirement and need and give them training for particular client but after training they randomly pick them in sequence of their name and align to some team . Luckily if your mentors are good you will have good time ,otherwise your time will be simply wasted .
Also all will say that you can choose any project ,but its not like that

    Advice to Management

Please this is a great to work ,don't ruin the culture simply by judging people on basis of few numbers ,judge them by their performance and knowledge .
