    Pros

    Good facilities, in regards of food and transport. In general new employees are happy with such facilities. Wonderful celebrations, picnic, offsite, make the employees to enjoy the work.

    Cons

    Work culture has changed. The whole atmosphere has changed .My manager says even if you are in the hospital or on saline you need to check your mails and have to be active. What kind of Managers works here ?

     Even its been commented that if I have worked from outstation being on leave I haven't done something 'Great' .Very sad to work with such Manager!

    Lots of favoritism takes place. Employees are given high skilled profile even though when they don't have much experience. And employees who are serving good amount of tenure in the company are ignored.

    Advice to Management

    Kindly have some logic and justification while giving responsible job profile to a employee who is less experienced and have some humanity while asking people to leave.

    I have been working at Fractal Analytics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. CEO is really cool and cares for every employee regardless at any level.
    2. Workplace environment is really good.
    3. The growth rate of an employee is phenomenal.
    4. People principles.
    4. Once a Fractalite, Always a Fractalite.

    Cons

    1. I wish every person in the upper management should also have similar vision as our CEO and they promote / encourage/ appreciate the team members working at lower level.
    2. At the end of every year, Goals achievement is calculated. In some cases, the manager simply puts 101%, 80%, 90%, 110%. The yearly bonus (variable pay) and increments depend on this. I think this percentage is purely determined basis the rapport the employee shares with the manager. This system is unfair to many employees. This system should me more logical and politics free.

    Advice to Management

    Please make sure all people achieve their goals at 110%. Make it happen!!
