    Pros

You will gain access to a lot of business owners from all over the country and will be exposed to a lot of different business types. Consequently, you will learn about many kinds of businesses and opportunities. More importantly, by dealing with this company's management, you will learn what kind of professional NOT to become, what kind of unethical behavior to avoid, and to appreciate the friendship, loyalty, and... professionalism displayed by co-workers - not management.

    Cons

There are too many lies and stories of deception from upper management just to sell their services. Management really seems to lack an understanding of what their executives do, how long projects take, and what is truly involved in producing a key deliverable. There is little understanding or control over production schedules. Salaries are way out of line for upper management, and because there is no financial... planning or responsibility, employees cannot often be paid on a regular basis. The company's tagline of offering all its franchise consulting services "under one roof" is a myth as it must outsource most of its work as it can't pay employees to do so. Be prepared to hear plenty of excuses when your paychecks can't be given to you on time.

    Advice to Management

The CEO is a dinosaur and needs to step down. His antiquated ways and selfishness have absolutely stifled the company's ability to grow.
