I have been working at Frank Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love working at this company. Our president maintains a strong belief in work/life balance. We always have opportunities to grow, and any feedback is always welcome. My coworkers are fabulous and are always willing to help! I couldn't ask for a better company to work for. No one is "at the bottom of the totem pole." We are all equals and are treated as such.

    Cons

The only challenge for me is that there was a learning curve, however, like I said before, everyone there is more than willing to help you in anyway you need!

I have been working at Frank Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Our president has an open door policy and welcomes partnership at every level.
Strong training is provided and employees are given every opportunity to succeed and get better at what we do.

    Cons

Up to this point, I do not have any cons to say about my employer. While my cubical was like a refrigerator the first several months I worked here, I was eventually moved to a window cubical to thaw out. It was greatly appreciated.
