We place great emphasis on training and development at FRG, so it’s very rewarding to hear that you’ve received such excellent mentoring and that you feel supported within your team to achieve your goals.

I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free beers on Fridays. Get to leave early. Dress down on a Friday Uncapped commission

    Cons

Long Hours- forced to stay till 7. Very target driven, almost feels micro managed.

    Advice to Management

Training very intensive ,method of teaching is not very well received. Training should be a bit longer, feels like too much is taught in a short space of time.

I worked at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

In-house training staff are friendly, good if you are desperate for a job quickly, you will meet like minded people & you will learn what you are and aren't looking for in a career.

    Cons

Low base salary, very long hours with no overtime pay, constant cold-calling with no direction, training very repetitive, not the job that is sold to you at interview.. The main issue is that you have to mislead people on the phone, pretending that you have a job opportunity for them when all you are trying to do is get their managers name. Do not fall for the promise of good bonuses - even working at your absolute best...

I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The hope of making 'good money' sort of like the carrot being dangled over your head that you never really catch. Decent colleuges for the most part besides all the backstabbing and the feeling everyone is out for themselves. Decent eviroment

    Cons

Shocking practices at FRG trained to out FAKE adverts for jobs we NEVER had to get leads and get info out of candidates. 7/10 jobs are fake only to build experience and build systems. Overhear constantly management bad-mouthing and talking about fellow colleagues. They make us write these reviews during office hours even though it's not part of the job description. Any questions and we are seen to not want to help "enhance...
