I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The culture here is unlike any company I have ever worked for. Everyone is so willing to help one another and they celebrate individual success. Very uplifting environment. Whether you are a senior recruiter or new to recruiting, you go through a 2 week training process and then get "continued education" throughout your career here.

    Cons

It can be very hard work, and there can be long hours.

I worked at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The culture of the job is good, you get monthly open bars and free drinks for most the nigh (if you are into that). Every 3 month you can dress up, drink and play games.

    Cons

Even though there is some Pro's about working here, it absolutely does not out weigh the cons! You are expected to work AT LEAST 55/60 hours per week, and if you work anything less than that, expect to be sacked or made to feel guilty constantly. You are constantly threatened with being sacked by not doing your targets, your targets are judged on how long you are on the phone for, how many jobs you take on, how many...

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff better, stop making there people work like children in a sweatshop/slaves. Be professional and actually support them instead of penalising them.

I worked at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

If you're young, its a good place to meet like minded graduates who are not quite ready to take a mature approach to life yet. Modern offices. City centre location. I used to think the commission scheme was good until I left, then the truth was revealed. Most other companies in the Recruitment world have a far better structure. The best thing was learning old school recruitment back from the days before the...

    Cons

I don't even know where to start. I was there for nigh on 4 years and the only reason I stayed so long was to prove to myself I could be a top biller. I also knew if I could survive in this company for a few years, I could go anywhere in the industry due to the ridiculous stress levels in there. From the very start it became clear there were deep divisions between teams and between certain members of the management...

    Advice to Management

Refresh the entire management board and the senior members of staff if you care about what the industry thinks about you. If you want to attract top talent in the future treat them better and change the relentless KPIs, promotion targets and get rid of patronising micromanagement. Stop chasing former employees with legal letters that do not hold up in court. You cant enforce half the things you put in your contracts...
