I worked at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

High earnings potential. I made three times as much in my first year with Nigel Frank than I did in my previous job. The environment and culture is very energetic and filled with ambitious, outgoing, Type-A personalities. At least 1 major incentive vacation trip every year. During my time with NFI there's been two trips to the UK, Miami, and Puerto Rico. All at 5 star hotels. Management does its best with training...

    Cons

Ugh! Job requirements right?! Lot of complaints coming from former employees like myself who didn't last even a year with NFI about the requirement to make a certain number of dials and about hours of required phone time..... Seems you all forgot that it is a requirement because it's part of the job description. This is a over the phone sales job! Phone sales aren't for everybody, hence, high turnover but not unlike...

    Advice to Management

More development for certain managers is required. Commission split could be better. Many other companies provide meal allowance for employees working late hours. Creating a more mature culture.

I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group for less than a year

    Pros

There are no pros whatsoever to working for this company. If your life is a joke and your future is a joke to you than go work for Nigel Frank.

    Cons

The biggest con is actually accepting a job at Nigel Frank. Once you accept the job you realize you just made the biggest mistake of your entire life.

    Advice to Management

Advice to management? It should be more like advice to children. I have never met more immature non professional individuals who call themselves managers. The fact that they are given the opportunity to go by a "manager" makes me hate this company even more.

I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

My favorite thing about working here is the culture in the office. I've worked in two other offices over the past few years, and those companies were both stuffy and corporate. Nigel Frank encourages its employees to be themselves, and I feel as if I belong here. The members on my team (including my Team Lead and Mentor) have been very welcoming to me. They are all very helpful as well. I didn't see much success in my...

I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time

    Pros

*You might be lucky to meet someone you can actually call your friend *You can brag to your friends that you work in the Financial District. **It is the worst job you will ever have. Therefore, any job you get after this (with real benefits, company culture and career progression) will be a dream job!

    Cons

Let me preface this by saying I am doing very well at Nigel Frank. I am not a disgruntled employee that is underperforming. I have been recognized in front of the entire organization on numerous occasions for my success. Luckily, I am leaving NFI for a real employer, therefore I feel the urge to share the truth with all of those who might accept a job here. Please take the time to process each of these cons. I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The office is young and it's not bad sales experience out of college if you can put up with all of the negative aspects of the company.

    Cons

The company will assign you a territory and have you start by calling a list of candidates that have already been called through by previous Recruiters a million times. Many of these candidates will be very unhappy to receive yet another call from a Nigel Frank Recruiter. Then they'll have you call companies. Again, many of the company hiring managers already hate Nigel Frank because we keep calling daily. The...

I worked at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

None. Unlikely potential to make decent money, however is is near impossible without serious repercussions.

    Cons

First of all, I would like to state that the majority of positive reviews about this company are fake. During one of the belligerently drunk company-"recommended" nights out, one of the "senior" managers told me they write them weekly. Just look at the format and language being used, there is no variation. I had over 5 years of experience in consulting and business development prior to my time at Nigel Frank. The company...

I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time

    Pros

My absolute favorite thing about working here is that you have complete control over your own success - both financially and in regards to promotions. The compensation structure and career path are completely transparent and you always know what you need to accomplish to get to the next level. Promotions are purely based upon performance and not on seniority or whether someone else is doing their part of the work. ...

While the specific hours are 9-5:30, top billers generally stay quite a bit later and even come in on weekends. For some, this can make the work-life balance challenging. However, this hard work definitely pays off!

    Advice to Management

Keep this ball rolling! Keep seeking improvement, keep investing in your consultants and providing high-level opportunity for growth and compensation, keep closely mentoring new consultants. Look for ways to improve the work-life balance without sacrificing the levels of success we're experiencing.

I worked at Frank Recruitment Group for more than a year

    Pros

I did three projects for Nigel Frank in 2014 and I don't have one negative thing to say. Everything was a very positive experience from the contract to the payment. I have never been paid so fast by any customer. Timesheet goes in on Monday and money in my account on Friday. I worked with two different rep's at Nigel Frank and they were great to work with.

    Cons

I do not have any con's at all.

    Advice to Management

I have talked to other rep's (not the ones I worked with) and it would be nice if they were totally focused on the conversation.

    Pros

I have been working at Nigel Frank International for the past two and a half years. When I started at this organization, I had very little sales experience and absolutely no sales training. I was given an opportunity to work in an challenging environment, where I was rewarded for my hard work, and have fun in the process. Advice to Management

Anyone moving into a new role will need some time to adjust - it should be understood that this includes management. The job can be stressful at times, so try to keep it fun! In the meantime, my only advice is to make time to check in with new starters, because some may be afraid to speak up if they are unhappy. It can be as simple as asking, "How was your day?"

    Pros

I have been working at Nigel Frank for a little over 6 months, and have really enjoyed my time there. There is a lot of internal and team support, that allows you to potentially make a lot of money, very quickly. If you are a hard worker, and enjoy a challenge, this is the job for you! Everyone is very friendly and managers really root for your success.

    Cons

Just like any sales job, there are good days and bad days, but thats just the nature of sales.

    Advice to Management

Continue doing what you are doing and recognizing those that are working hard!
